If anyone has any advice please let me know, I don't know what else I can do. I ordered from grasscity on Dec 10th. Credit card was charged on Dec12th. I was given a tracking number on 12/17 and the tracking number has stated 'Origin post is preparing shipment' and it says to contact the shipper if I don't receive anything after 15 days. The tracking has not updated at all. Their customer service will not respond to my numerous emails. There is no phone number to call (that I can find anywhere) and if there was it would be a call to Amsterdam. I've read online after the fact that others have had similar problems. Is this just typical? Is there anything I can do? Do you think I'll ever get what I ordered?
bump...any advice anyone? Any chance I might actually receive this order...its been over a month already.
