Im a novice in this industry (only been smoking for a few years.) but I know I want to dive head first into this booming industry of buying and selling weed legally. I have never been on the selling side of anything other than burgers or clothes. So when it comes to marajuana, I just dont know where to start. What skills do i need other than social skills? Are there any certificates i need, to get hired on the spot? What state is the best to start in? I want this as my career. I just need some help in my beginning .
Be professional, dress well and take it more seriously than a 'stoner job.' Getting your card cannot hurt your chances, as well as outlining any industry experience in your cover letters. I'm getting my card soon before I apply to work at dispensaries in town.
