I use AN and took the suggested for all nute amounts and then took half the number of all nutes suggestions and found middle ground for most and stepped up others... made this chart show what to use and when. ( stopped at 610 to watch and look at later in the night to see if there is a fluctuation over a period longer than 2 hr. Fixing it before watering at 8:00PM.) -Carbo load suggest 2ml per liter so i suggest 1ml per liter. Since we have around 38 liters there is no chance of going over 38 slowly adding it during the veg and bloom phase which was recommended. -The calmag is 1ml per liter so the same if i use half of the amount suggested with a 38 liter reservoir then it would be 19. So not getting close either. With this is use full amount because i feel the veg stage really needs this to grow strong and full the magnesium and calcium should do the trick. -The water has a, not thick, but a filmy slimy. Kinda like soap in water. Just enough to know it is there but not enough to coat the hand or being picked up by grasping with fingers. this just may in fact be the way reservoir that as nutrients in it feels like. I have never used such a small reservoir. -After 2 hours after lights shut iff the levels are consistent. holding at 5.9 pH and 610 ppm. My understanding is that the level will stay stable for more than 4 hrs and then need to be checked…….. The reservoir seems be stable at same variables when check at 10:30am next morning. 19th Fed a little tarantula even tho didn’t have the piranha yet, think things will be fine. Gave 1.125 gallons of pH balanced distilled H2O to top off a little. When I do the cleaning and replacement of nutrients next week gonna add all 10 gallons and mark of reservoir. Also need to find another way to hold the blue lab combo meter up in water as the suction cups slips. Going to need more distilled water and club soda. Need distilled water, club soda, and 55 gallon reservoir. (a standard clean barrel). Maybe- might need to see if 55g is better, needing another pump and small filter. foiler spray for CO2. Does give a lot and some would argue that it does nothing however i have always done it and will continue. It help keep leave clean and washes off any residue from other sprays. Here are some pics.
