Hey, so any of you guys have an "advance electronic" ballast? I've seen multiple auctions on eBay selling what they describe as advance elctronic ballast. Is this a legit brand? Any of you guys have one of these? I'm tied between either this, or a dim able ipower ballast.
I have a dimmable 400 watt ipower ballast and it works great. Its fairly small and light. It also has a fan in it so it hardly even gets warm. I don't have any experience with the other brands, but the ipower ballast works great and I would recommend it.
Yeah I've looked at those too. They're about the same price, and look like a solid deal for a beginner. Do you know if they offer any kind of warranty on their products?
I got it from this guy on ebay and he sells a crap load of them. It states that its a manufacture backed warranty that comes with it. I didn't see any info on how long the warranty is. Odds probably have it that the ballast would probably go out after the warranty period usually. Check out this guys store though. 400 watt 400w Dimmable HPS MH Grow Light System Set Kit | eBay
