Hey guys, So finally decided to do some good and adopt an unfortunate kitty from the shelter and give it a nice loving home decided to adopt a black one as they are less likely to be adopted and are the first ones to be put down.. Anyway, please meet my new family addition.. she is 4m old and called Betty Boo! But I'm thinking of renaming her as she doesn't respond to Betty yet.. Thinking to call her Miura (after Lamborghini Miura, old race car ) Name suggestions welcome if you have any guys
awmagarrrdddd can I have it?
Glad you like her she is absolutely adorable.. And those eyes.. So playful and affectionate..
*squeals* OMG SO CUTE!!!!! You are a very decent person for adopting her, I think black cats are adorable. I had one as a kid. He was called Soot. He only had one eye and half a tail (he was very abused as a kitten), but I fell in love with him and he was going to be put down within the week.
Thanks Twee Black cats are indeed adorable I don't understand why people won't adopt them.. Probably the superstition thing as in some cultures black cats are considered bad luck.. Anyway I'm really happy with her
I'm surprised they let you adopt her so close to Halloween. But yeah, I have two black kitties. Mo and Norman.

Aww she's adorable, congratulations and good for you for adopting and giving a kitty a good home like any cat deserves.
I have a black kitty myself. Adopted him when he was 10months now he is 4years old. Love him he acts just like a dog and his name is Boomer.
Why didn't you adopt a white cat? You being a cat racist?
Lol The reasons for the black cat: 1. They are gorgeous. 2. Black cats have the lowest adoption rate and are the first ones to be put down.
