I have an E-cig vape that I bought in Colorado, got it home and I love it. The volume has dropped below the wick line now. I'm far away from Colorado now and don't want to waste any of it. Can I add a drop of water into the top of the cartridge to mix with the thc so that the volume is high enough to reach the wick?
