Adding sunflower lecithin to canna oil

    It it necessary to add sunflower lecithin to canna oil I really don’t want to but I’ve heard it helps a lot with thc absorption and i’m not big on wasting thc. And is there any Evidence that lecithin actually does anything to the canna oil at all?

    You'll get mixed opinions on this.
    I have made canna caps with and without lecithin and found no significant difference in potency.
    But that's just me.

    I'm a believer and always use it.
    1/6th the oil volume.
    1 tablespoon of Oil
    1/2 teaspoon Lecithin.
