Adding lights after flowering?

    Hey,

    So I started my (2) plants under overhead LED growlights, they seemed to work pretty well. Shortly (about 2 weeks) before I set them to 12/12 flowering cycle, I added a few (4) clamp lamps with red/blue LED grow bulbs. So my question is, do you think the additional lamps are helping my plants or overly stressing them? I would be grateful for any answers. Thanks.

    Should be good. Those bulbs shouldn’t put out enough intensity to stress your plants.

    Adding lights is very unlikely to cause any stress, what lights are you using?
