That looks like one that sets in water/tea. I use one like that in a clone bucket, have one that stays out of the bucket for my teas. It's has the nipple/nipples (depending on what you get) that the air house slides right over. Other end of the hose/hoses are in the water connected to an air stone/s. Google ACT pump. It'll come up.
