Accessory to burglary

  1. Ok, so my 2 boys, we'll call them A and B, have a little issue here. B has been breaking into this house and taking little odds and ends, and his dumbass called A from the house he burglarized on multiple occasions. Well, today B cleaned the house out, took everything of value that he could trade to a dealer, but didn't call A, but A knew it was going down and picked B up with the shit he had stolen at a predetermined time and place, probably right in the immediate area (I can't see anyone with half a brain walking anywhere with this one item they took)

Anyway, A calls me freakin out about a half hour ago saying that the cops called B's house and want B to come in for fingerprints. B hung out with the people whose house he robbed, so he's a suspect from the getgo. I'm thinkin, they wouldn't just call B up outta nowhere if they didn't already have fingerprints to match up, and A is worried there gonna check the phone records and see that B called him on multiple occasions from the house at times the owner wasn't home, and he's gonna get arrested for being an accomplice.

I'm no burglary expert, never stolen anything that wasn't out of a store in my life, so do you guys think they'd check phone records or what. B is essentially fucked, but if he doesn't snitch out my boy for being the pickup driver could or rather would they link A to this? Keep in mind A didn't go into the house or touch anything, but still, I know dudes whove been drivers for burglaries and they both got the same sentence, but only cuz the one who left prints snitched.
