Abyssmal Quality SE Ozland

    Everywhere SWIM go for the last 18 months, with one exception; the weed has been this soft, un-pungent, thc-less and souless bud. I never get high, I have forgotten what it feels like.

    Different people, different areas 'round the same state ...only one deal that resembled the hard, potent and pungent bud of the good 'ol days.

    Anyone else had a similar experience. It makes me feel really depressed, what is going on with the sacred plant?
    -Pre-vaped?
    -Poor-quality?
    -chemically stripped?
    -genetically modified?
    ...why is it all top-price for very low-quality.

    (Makes me think about the GM thc-free stuff, that the establishment wants to push, weed without thc is so evil whatever the case).

    You mean Australia there?

    From what I've encountered the stuff coming out of SA is of much higher quality than what does the rounds in NSW.
    There was recently a transport issue and I had to go through my "Sydney" source for one pickup...God DAMN you can tel the difference.
    It's cheaper, but poor manicure, minimal smell (not that this is everything), slightly damp.
    It doesn't really taste great, but the high is there.

    Though yes the entire time I'm assessing the comparative lack of quality - it's like a different world...


    I think the main issues from what I can tell, is that it's quickly grown and given a shit drying job and manicure to maximize weight for the grower/s.
    It's stored incorrectly, and handled roughly.
    Problem is, sometimes even when you have a great situation you need to occasionally compromise or deal with nothing...though yeah overall I'm with you, it's a fucking piss-poor dodgy effort.

    The reason I posted is because no-one else seems to notice or care, everyone talks about being 'baked' and I just think, "yeah, right ...you should have seen what weed can really be like back in the day, this stuff is nothing". If weed leaves the world we'll will have nothing left.

    I use to wonder why anyone would want hard drugs with weed being as wonderful as it is, now that weed is gone people will get desperate and I know many younger people who turn to harder drugs and don't know what it means to be 'stoned'.

    So it is pretty bad down there as well. Australia probably had the best, now it seems it has been destroyed.
    Must be a very small group controlling it, the quality is unbelievably bad.
