Abs

  1. Whats some good exercises that I can do at home
    to gain defined abs??
    any suggestions ?
     
  2. Smoke weed and eat lot's of freeto's.

  5. crunches, weighted crunches, leg lifts, etc... right diet too helps

    Workout with weights 3x a week [To get your body to keep muscle] and lower your calories by 500 every week.
