So I am about to chop, and I have not flushed but my plant has not had nutrients for like 2 weeks now, but I have not flushed, and I am at that point where I really need to harvest, I know this stuff is more then ready.
if you plan on chopping it today, then no flushing now is a waste of time. Flushing will only be effective if you give it at least a few days to deplete the soil of anything and start dumping its stored nutes.
Depends on the kinds and amounts of ferts you've been using, but in general I agree. I would say at least a week before harvest for the flush to make any noticeable difference, if you can't take that kind of time then save yourself the hassle of the flush. But, be prepared for some harsh taste to the smoke.
Hey toasty theres a thread on adding flavors ( in the harvest and cure section) to your bud with concentrates etc (orange for example) just before harvest. Could this be an option for him to avoid harsh taste. I just want your opinion on this I guess.
