dont think this is the right place to ask but i gotta know, what are these rep points? how do u get/give? im new to the city but i plan on staying!! So please fill me in real quick on what i need to know.... thanks all and stay smoking!
There is a small icon that looks like the scales of justice, just above your post. Click on there to give or take away rep. Good luck.
Also, down at the very bottom of the page, on any page, you will see many links, check out "forum FAQ" their are a lot of helpful things in their, rep is one of them im pretty sure.
Ya and your rep is going to be considered neutral until you get to your first light green bar, so even if you neg or pos rep someone it will not change their points. But it is a good way to give props
