I saw a thread about why people hate cops. Here is my experiance with a former officer. There are some cops who are good people. Most are arrogant, power abusing assholes. Back in '03 or '04 When I was 15 or so an Ex Cop we used to hang out with killed a good friend of mine. Turns out he had been sexually molesting my friend (who was also male)... My friend, Jamie, use to have no where to go. His parents were fucked up and sometimes he would stay at the Ex-Cops house (Kraig). We all would sometimes stay over there, just get faded with a few of my boys, since we were young it was a place to get smashed.. He NEVER tried that shit in front of ANYONE and we never heard about it. We met him at the paintball field. He trained our team with some crazy police tactics. We came first in the 3 man tourney's everytime. He used his Former officer status to convince everyone's parents he was a stand up guy. (they never knew we were getting high though) Well anyways, Jamie eventually told Kraig that the shit was gonna end or he was gonna tell someone. Kraig flipped and suffocated him. He then dismembered the body and threw him in the mountains. Skattered around a 20 mile radius, like it was trash. He was a survivalist and would live in the woods for weeks at a time off nothing. He called my friend (who I wont name) and I asking us to help him paint his bathroom (where he dismembered the body) Of course we refused. We were scared as shit. I mean fuck I was like 15. Another fucked up detail was he bought the saw he used at wal-mart. Afterwards, he cleaned it and he returned it for a refund. Only I and maybe 2 other people knew about this. We couldn't say anything for a long time. There was never gonna be enough evidence. He also tried to put a hit out on me and a friend of mine threw the news paper. Eventually when I was in re-hab I was like fuck dude, I can't live with this. I called the cops. Turns out they had him on 26 charges of child molestation.... He, shortly after, was sentanced to 162 years for that. Jamie was reported missing, they could never prove he was killed, because Kraig had commited the "Perfect Murder" like he always said he could. Police never found the body, even when Kraig later lead them to the approximate area and police sent out kadaver dogs. He later confessed the murder, exactly how My friend and I told them. Here's a link to the news article. http://arizona.indymedia.org/news/2005/08/29187.php
Thats heavy man. How did you find out that happened if it was secret for so long? At least you know hes getting it prison now. You know how they love child molesters and cops. I would have rather got him myself. I couldn't imagine thinking someone straight would snap and kill one of my best friends.
Obviously my problems with them can't even compare to that story. But, as a person confined to a wheelchair, I get seriously pissed off when I see cops parked in handicapped spots. Most of the cops around my area are arrogant and feel they can do anything because they wear a badge. The worst was when I saw a cop car parked on the blue lines that are next to handicapped spots. I have a van that has a ramp that opens up on the side of the lines and when I see shit like that, I get steamed. I know my problems don't compare with the run ins i read from other people on here, but I just wanted to let people know that I have a big problem with most fuzz as well.
First of all, thats really fucked up. Of course the guy should rot in prison for the rest of his life, I dont think theres any question about that. But why does it matter that he is an "ex-cop"? And why, once again, does someone here use the term "most" regarding good cops vs bad cops? Do you have any proof that MOST cops are arrogant, power abusing assholes? Of course you dont. You know how many fucked up people rape and kill other people each year? I'm sure that you are also aware that many of these people that do the raping and killing are people with jobs as well. Why does it matter that a rapist murderer worked at Mcdonalds, or the Police Station, or the School, or whatever else? Does it make the crime any worse or more important because of the job status of the individual who commited the act? Further more, should that be justification for lableing an entire working class group because of the Action of one individual? Its a fucked up story man, but I think the fact that he was an ex-cop was the least important detail of the whole thing to be honest.
Damn, op that is some of the most depraved shit I have heard of in a looong time. I'm sorry for the loss of your friend, hopefull that piece of shit is getting a huge ass fucking dos of Karma in prison right now. If I may offer my 2 cents, its the fact that the ex cop abused his previous status as a cop to get peoples trust. Its the same shit with teachers and preists who molest. They are or were in a position of authority and power, and they are what some will say "someone you can trust". This kinda shit makes me even more pissed off becuase its these scumbags that give every other person in that occupation a bad name.
This happened out in surprise / El Mirage. Off of Greenway and Grand. Im also in Scottsdale. It wasnt a secret from us. It was a secret from everyone else. We were scared he would kill us if we said anything. Because he used his Police status to win over everyone's parents, so he could commit the crime. Like I said, "Some cops are arrogant, power abusing, assholes"
Yes it does matter what kind of job position he previously had. He was an ex-cop, and from what the OP said, that guy had a lot of knowledge on how to commit murders and get away with it. He was once wearing that corrupt badge, and of course that title of "ex-cop" means a little more. Now on using the word "most", I think it's a pretty accurate statement. Of course no one will have cold-hard proof that "most" cops are the scum of the earth like they really are. However, I have had to deal with a lot of cops myself and "most" of them do fit the stereotype of an asshole, arrogant pig. Come to think of it, I haven't really dealt with a respectable cop. Then again it is LAPD.
thats the saddest shit ive heard in a while bro sorry about your friend. As a former cop and pedophiliac murderer im sure this guy wont live past 10 yrs in prison. to those of you who want to generalize and give a fuck you to all cops, heres a fuck you right back. nobody wants a ticket or trouble with the law, but there are asshole cops out there, just like there are asshole lawyers and doctors and candle stick makers. my pops is in the nypd and lets just say he wears a shiny rank on his collar and hes been on the job almost 20 yrs. he would give the shirt off his back to anyone except the shitbag perps he deals with on a regular basis, and rightfully so. Hes been shot at, punched, kicked, bitten, all kinds of shit. i still remember not talking to him or knowing if he was alive for 3 days after 9/11 because he worked 72 hours straight through. Cops are people too, anyone with half a brain would focus their rage on your respective state laws that allow for the hiring of cops like that bumblefuck asshole 20 year old who killed his friends over a girl (idaho or wyoming recently?), and pedophiles like this piece of shit.
http://test.azcorrections.gov/isear...MI=K&SearchType=SearchInet&ReportLength=TOP_5 There's his Prison info with his charges listed and shit. His mugshot is on there too
Good God! Reading your story made the hairs on my neck stand up at attention. That is some horrible stuff that your friend went through especially since he had a hard life from the get go. I hope that child molesting piece of shit gets what he deserves in prison. It must be crazy to think about those times when you guys would hang out at his house. He put a hit out on you guys? Shit man, I don't blame you for saying nothing for so long, that is some confusing and heavy duty shit for a teen man.
you serious bro? I think the fact that he was an ex-cop just goes to show, that cops are regular people who do fucked up shit and have an easier time getting away with it. granted not all cops are bad, but go watch "American Gangster". in 1887 Lord Acton, in a letter to parliament, said "Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Great men are almost always bad men." People have know this for HUNDREDS of years, tahts why our legal system has checks and balances. Who checks and balances cops?
o man so sorry they should seriously hang him it might be cruel and unusual but whats having sex with 13 year old boys?
Dude, in that mug shot, he looks like a straight up molester. Just gives off that vibe. But I guess the badge kinda disguised that...
Seems to me like you guys used it to your advantage when you wanted to chill with the guy. "Aw no, mom, we're not getting in trouble, he's an ex-cop!" And what power did he have to abuse if he was no longer a cop?
What are some of the motivating factors for someone wanting to be in law enforcement? Helping the community.... Yea right, Don't trust those who "say" they are here to help. Income.... Probably the most motivating factor. Power trip... Bullies seem to become cops often. Criminal activity... Easy to get away with breaking laws your paid to enforce. Family history... Following the footsteps of family members. Sex... Do i need to explain? Grudge... Could really fuck someone over you don't like. It would be nice to believe in noble intent, but, I don't. Fuck the police!!!
