About how many plants can I veg under these lights?

    It depends how big you want to veg them. Personally, I'd probably put a row of three plants under each lamp.

    So 3 plants per CFL Tube? And I was planning on a outdoor grow next year, so it would be seedlings stage only.

    Three per lamp. Each lamp has two CFL tubes.

    If we're just talking about germinating plants in cups before planting outdoors, you could put about twelve under each lamp. Two rows of six.
