We have those tree frogs around here and they are beautiful. As are bullfrogs. They aren’t easily found but neat just the same. I had a friend who had a bullfrog to move in his small garden pond and it was easy to watch.

The one in the pond was fun. We would sit at a picnic table and be still to watch the frog swim, cruise the bank and just live frog life. I like all the critters and don’t even kill snakes. We all should be able to run to the end.

@Dizzy , I grew up around outdoor “sports” but as soon as I was able, I split from that and church. To his credit, my old man never made a hassle of it and even supported my efforts to become a big music star. I don’t know what went wrong there but even as an adult, I was a member of a hunt club for years that had a target range to which I stayed and never went for the killing part. I don’t get harming any living thing. Except maybe kid rock.
Crazy how these threads get in our heads but I dreamed something about bullfrogs last night. I can’t recall exacts but it was positive. I often sleep beside an open screened window and the frogs sing to me at night.
