I am an affiliate of Grasscity and I am VERY angry and VERY upset with your treatment. Over the past few months I have emailed affiliate support not any less than 5 times to get a simple answer to my question: Why have I not been paid and when will you be paying me? My questions are ignored and I get no response. Finally a few weeks ago, I wrote an email and informed them that I will refer this situation to my legal representative as I feel I am being ripped off. Someone by the name of Simon responded and told me that I am not being ignored and he will look into it. I have yet to hear back anything from Simon and I have emailed him and replied a number of times but hey, yet again I am being ignored. I worked hard to build my website and generate business through Grasscity and the money in my account is my commission that I have rightly earned. I am very disappointed with their conduct and the fact that not only do they ignore me and do not even reply to my query but also they are holding my commission and have not even paid me! This is the last communication from my part and if this forum post is also ignored then I will know that it's time for me to take my business elsewhere and to blog about my very sour experience with Grasscity. Sorry guys but patience has limits and I have been VERY patient for months and you have yet to show common courtesy. Such a shame....
Thank you, I hope you will help me because I just checked my sent emails and I see that I have been emailing affiliate support since June 2010 to get an answer. I also sent them another email today after I posted in the forum.

Thank you I emailed them on that as well. I basically emailed them on every possible email I could find on the website and funnily enough when I email support@grasscity.com i sometimes get a 'response' and someone says that this is not for affiliate support and that my email was forwarded but nothing after that.

I just want to help. OP: I guess this does warrant an apology to trippyvibes. I am not associated with GC. I wish I was, but Im not. Nonetheless, if you need help with something that is within my scope of practice, I will not hesitate to do what I can. Your issue will be resolved. RMJL has not let anyone down. SJ does run the site, but RMJL makes sure its ran right. I dont believe she is paid for this, but she is more dedicated to this site than many people are to their families. As you are now in good hands, I hope you do not harbor any ill feelings, if it be with your current issue or my deception. All the best, and do come back
I've responded several times, also today via support, the beneficiary name in the account details you have provided us with is being rejected by the bank and the wire has been refunded three times already. Check the support ticket and provide us with the correct bank details. thank you SJ
