A recipe for hot food lovers

  1. Take however many sausages you want, cut them into thin slices, pull out any gristle you see. Anyway. So.. Go ahead and start to saute them in a pan on medium heat. Take 1 ghost pepper and slice about 1/6th of it off. While wearing gloves, dice up the ghost pepper. Saute the sausages until they are starting to darken up nicely, at which point, turn the heat on low. Apply the ghost pepper and continue to sautee on low until the ghost pepper is a little tender, mixing frequently. Most of the heat from the pepper will be gone, it'll be like eating jalapenos instead. Anyway. Once you're almost done, apply your cannabis butter or oil and cook it just a minute or two longer, then take off the stove, set on a plate. There'll be a little oil left over and it SHOULD be nice and hot. Dip your sausage into that and eat it! 

    I do this without the oil, but I know it'll work if done right. <3
     
  2. That sounds dank :yummy: I would even simmer the sausage in the oil/butter on the lowest heat setting for a little bit then slice into small pieces, add it to some eggs and add some cheese and you got yourself a canna-sausage omelette . 
     
  3. Well the idea was just to go ahead and have the sausage, peppers infused, and have a little oil left over for whatever use, but I'd use it as a dipping sauce, given the heat that it'll carry! Oh, and don't exceed the amount of ghost pepper I mentioned per sausage, because quite frankly, you can burn your tongue with a ghost pepper so bad that it feels like you lit it on fire.

    Oh for sure man those ghosts get spicy as hell. I had some trinidad scorpion peppers last summer that near about killed me too. I used to make anti-spider mite spray out of a variety of peppers (ghost, habanero, etc) but stopped doing it due to the process being harsh on the eyes. I love spicy foods though , almost as much as I love foods made with cannabis . :smoke:
