I heard that a new law has passed in florida that anyone working there has to submit to random drug tests, is this true? and if it is, how much does it suck ?? i really hope this doesnt encourage other states to pass this law
However, the law did not standup in an Orlando court. Someone took it to court and the Judge said it was unconstitutional, so the law only applies to morons willing to actually take the test.
