i was just wondering if i could use fluorescent light through all the growing stages of the plant right now i have 1 100watt fluorescent light over it maybe during flowering or something i can move up to 200 watts that equals 2 fluorescent lights over one plant right now its just a sprout

Try take a look at my grow log... i'm using fluorescents all the way through... Cool whites are good for the whole grow, but in flowering it'd be better to change the bulbs to Warm whites instead of cool whites for a better flowering spectrum
