How much you wanna bet there won't be any actual drug policy reformers invited? Any bets they want every state to adopt per se DUI laws and forced rehab instead of incarceration,,the guests involved will define it,,,no Nadelmann or other serious reform spokesperson means a stacked deck.
A complete circle jerk by the drug war machine,,no reform or press invited for criticism or questions,just good old boy's patting themselves on the back for working so hard to change from incarceration ot treatments for drug users,,ignoring the fact that rehab facillities do not exist to handle 800,000 marijuana arrests per year,ignoring that the WOD has failed to reduce drug use or availability while freely admitting that the last 40 years was the wrong method they have it figured out now,,just a few more trillion dollars in intervention and punishment costs and they will trot out another "reform conference".
