Last night, my dog was woke me up scratching at my door. I needed to let her down the stairs so she could do her thing. She can't get down by herself (Shes blind in one eye and can't see well in the dark) so I carried her down. Once she got to the kitchen she started to drink water in excess. Like she had the worst cottonmouth haha. It got me thinking, how do dogs without tongues drink? Would you use a bottle like a hamster cage? What do you think happens? I'd love to hear your input, or even just a story about being high with/playing with your dog. Thanks for reading. a Set Yourself Free
Likely would have to hand feed it. I'm not really sure but I don't think there are many dogs out there without tongues. Like humans, I would think(no idea though). But they maybe could learn how to drink out a bowl, maybe by just sucking/slurping it. My dog blows bubbles in her water dish sometimes.
