A good exercise plan for returning?

  1. Ok so a yr or so before of some heavy heavy training I lost motivation. When I go back after how long can I go back to the shit like HIIT training, maxing at 250 benches and what not.
    4day plan with uppers on one the lower the next. Do I have to start at that pace for a week or so doing 15+ reps at lower weights.? Help me out

  4. I'd go with 5x5 by Madcow. 3-day full body with time for HIIT. I think it's a linear progression program and then after that you have a bunch of other program options. 5/3/1 is excellent for powerlifting if you decide to go that route.
