Sent me this earlier today. I wasnt really sure what sort of advice i could give her apart from everything in Moderation. I was hoping you guys would have some sound advice i could pass on, cheers for any help.
It seems like if she was fucking herself up that bad she should have been aware of the consequences. Its like lighting your hair on fire and being pissed when your bald. But as for advice... everybody does shit in their life they aren't proud of. Best you can do is try to learn from it.
