a few questions

  1. hi everybody,

    i'm new to posting here but i used to come on and read the forums all the time....theres alot of good information here. anyway, i have a few questions that i was hoping some of you could answer for me.
    i used to be a daily smoker for about 2 years, but during that time i developed a habit for H/C that pushed me away from the greens. i loved toking up all the time and how it made me feel, but eventually i started getting panic attacks every time i smoked. i've always had a history of anxiety, and smoking buds helped for a while...but eventually just made it worse i dont know what triggered these panic attacks but i had a few ideas...maybe some residual fear from a time i accidentally smoked PCP laced pot, or from other irrational fears. anyway i quit smoking and got worse with the H. eventually i ended up in a rehab.
    i've been on a suboxone program for a year, and i've been clean the whole time. however, over the past month or so, i've been craving to smoke pot which is unusual. i dont really want to do it just to get messed up, but instead i want to appreciate the closeness with nature and music again how i used to.
    i want to do it, but i'm nervous about the panic attacks and stuff...do any of you have any tips on dealing with anxiety when high? has anyone else ever felt that way? and do you think its a bad thing that i want to smoke pot again?

  2. Do all the drugs you want.

    Just don't go out of your way for them. :)
     
  3. put some music that you really like and can relax to, or maybe a movie that you think is funny and start off slow, also get your weed from a trusted source that way you know its legit. take your time and remember to enjoy it over time any anxiety should go away.

    but maybe since you had the H/C issue you may not want to start any drug unless you know you can keep it on pot only.
