a few questions***

    i need lighting for veg and flower cfl?? or how about really small like lamp size hps? mh? or led? i dont have much money at all leds dont sound possible also i dont want to order anything

    You will need 100 ACTUAL WATTS of CFL for your first plant and an additional 50 watts for each additional plant.

    are those actually good lights like do they provide everything like the sun or do i need plant lights

    Regular CFL lights...there are two spectrums to get 2700k for flower and 6500k for veg.These work well for a couple plants .you will need to keep them close to the plant.

    tyvm they are all spectrums the plants need how much heat do they give of

    They dont give off much heat....put a small fan near plants to move air.
