A few questions (u.r.g.e.n.t)

    Hi there =).

    I have a Amsterdam Flame plant in my closet, and well, my wife wont exactly like that, so I need to speed up the process !.

    It has already began flowering, its only approx 15cm high, as I turned down the hours pretty quick, as I need it to finish quick, its just for testing purposes really :). hehe.

    My question is, after it has began flowering, can I turn it back on 24H, so it will finish faster?. Im guessing the answer is NO, but, what would happen if I did do that?.

    Thanks for any answers, hoping that someone has actually tested out this or something similar.

    Looking forward for some answers :).

    oh yeah, im using a 400W HPS light (the bulb has equal with blue and red spectrum) ment for both vegative and flowering. ;) Think its sylvania grolux or something.


    Another thing I could need advice on is SMELL! Because this plant has already began smelling crazy!!!.

    yes you can re-veg after started flowering, but you risk Major stress on your MJ plant... Different strains take stress deferently. Its best not to but if you have to its possible yes

    it would go back to veg state, you need to do the oppisite make dark periods longer, like 8/16, will make it finish faster,but you'll lose yeild, potency, ect. air fresheners, or carbon filter, odor pucks.

    Thanks for your answers Mixedup86 and jcj77d. But, I got abit confused now, Mixedup your telling me that I can speed it up by the method I mentioned, making the light glow 24/7, but then jcj77d says that I should turn the hours down.

    It dosent matter if I loose yield or potency, as it has already been lost hehe, as I turned the cycle on 12/12 when it was only about 8inches long!.

    Anyone else got any input?!. THANKS! :)

    you can't flower under 24/0. the plant will stop budding and go back into vegetative mode. you can go with less than 12 hours of light and do 11/13 or 10/14 which will speed things up just a little bit at the cost of yield. Mixedup86 is refering to revegging the plant AFTER harvest so you can make it bud again or take clones from it.
