I germinated 5 Dinafem Industrial seeds (paper towel method) and are now sitting in a small plastic dome under a 225w cfl. The sprouts have now popped though the soil and are about 2" tall. Question 1: When should I take the dome lid off and get the fan on them? Question 2: I've had the light on the 24/7 for the past 2 days, would it be any harm to switch down to 18/6 now? thanks.
1) take it off now mate if they have popped up to say hello. They need some decent fresh air at this important time. I think humidity domes or recreating that is mainly for clones mate. 2) No, you'l be fine. Although it certainly wouldnt do any harm to have it on 24/0 for a week then drop to 20/4 for a week then onto 18/6 for the rest of veg.
