  1. A few things that are simple to make and turn out like nirvana in your mouth are Mac and Cheese sandwiches and Sausage Cookies. Mac and Cheese sandwiches are pretty easy to make, all you do is once you got your mac and cheese made and all that, make a few pieces of toast, lightly toasted, and put butter on them. Then proceed to put your Mac and Cheese on the two pieces and crunch them together and enjoy. It's a different more wholesome way of consuming the cheesy goodness. And the Sausage Cookies are bomb. You need 2 cups of whatever baking mix you want, my friend and I choose Aunt Jemima pancake batter, Bisquick would work too. Then you need 1 lb of cooked sausage (Bob Evans), 2/3 cup of milk and 8 oz. of shredded cheese. You mix all the materials in a bowl with your hands or whatever and then put them in small balls (just like cookie dough) on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 375 and cook 6-8 minutes, I usually just stand there and eye them until they're browning and looking good. Let them cool, put a hint of salt and pepper on them and enjoy!
