Ok, so I want to buy a couple of seeds online to start experimenting with, including cross-breeding, feminizing, creating auto's and flavoring/coloring my stash, because I don't know what the outcome of my experiments will be, if they will work or destroy my weed, or how good (or bad) the yield and high will be, I naturally don't want to to spend like £70 on 5 seeds for example. After some searching around I came to the conclusion that I want to purchase the following: 1 x CBD Feminized AK Seed @ £4.46 1 x CBD Feminized Northern Lights Seed @ £4.46 Free - 1 x Dinafem OG Kush Feminized Seed and 2 x Afghani Regular Seeds Total: £15.91 (Inc. Postage) Now for an experimental grow between AK & NL £15.91 doesn't seem like such a bad deal, of course I could always use these to produce more seeds but would result in the destruction of both plants, yeah I'd have more seeds, but it would just set me back a few month, at this stage nothing should go wrong, but it on the off-chance it did, I've just thrown away £15.91 which isn't such a big deal, which is why I don't want to spend like £20 per seed, if all goes well from here on the I've made a good investment and would be wiling to spend £20+ per pack. So, basically, what I want to know is, has anybody ever bought seeds from Herbie's? Has anyone ever bought CBD Crew seeds? And what was your experience with them like? Also, what will the quality of CBD's AK and NL seeds be like and how do I know what's in the package is what they say it is? To avoid all of these questions I could just go to Sensi Seeds, but I'm just looking for the cheaper option to experiment with, any other seeds (Anything I use for a proper grow that I'm not playing around with) I get from Sensi Seeds, but as I said, I'm looking for the cheaper option to try this, and I'd rather not use bagseed either as I want to know what I'm starting with haha!
I bought some seeds that were developed by Grass-o-matic and CBD Crew (joint effort). Actually a shop miss sent an order then said they were out of what I ordered so they recommended these as an alternate. Turns out they were pulled off the market because the CBD:THC ratios weren't what they were supposed to be. The plant was kind of retarded, ended up being a short fat ball of bud. Packed so tight that I had a bit of a mold problem. It's a couple weeks into cure and smelling great but I haven't tried it yet. Probably an uncommon experience but it was the experience I had.
Is it Med Gom 1.0 you bought by any chance? Also, any chance you can send a pic of the buds? (Close up and from a few feet away) And do you happen to have any pics during veg and during flowering? I'm not too concerned about the CBD:THC ratio, I mean, I know CBD Crew (Allegedly) specialize in producing 1:1 - 1:5 CBD:THC and I'd much rather smoke CBD rich strains, but for the sake of my experiments I'm not too concerned about the actual ratio, however, if CBD Crew had one of their products pulled because the ratio weren't what they said, that leads me to believe 1 of 3 possibilities: 1. CBD Crew lie about there true ratios (Or don't in fact know them so make them up) if this is the case, are they actuall selling what they say. EG: If I order 1:1 CBD:THC AK47, am I actually going to get 1:6 CBD:THC Blue Cheese or what I ordered? 2. CBD Crew had a bad batch and their ratio was (Unknowingly to them) off, has this product that was pulled, appeared back on the market or don't you know? 3. The involvement from Grass-O-Matic messed up the ratio and CBD Crew hadn't done anything wrong. My main concern really, is that I'm getting what I paid for, I'm wanting to order AK & NL so naturally I expect to receive AK & NL. If they're CBD rich, bonus! As long as they grow and produce semi-decent buds I'm happy. How long you got left of curing and is there any chance you can let me know how it is?
I'm guessing it was possibility #2 but I haven't really tried to find out. The fact that it's off the market leads me to believe they're trying to be honest about it. The strain was called Auto CBD Sugar Gom, not sure if that's the same as what you said. I'm hoping it's #2 myself personally, because that would eliminate the other 2 which means CBD would generally be quite reliable. It looks that way, I mean it's been pulled off the market because the ratio isn't right, they're upfront about it, and seeming have fixed their error and put it back up, I've checked the link out and she sounds beautiful, I also ran a google search and came up with This.. Now on there, she looks very similar to your plant, so maybe that's just the way she grows? I'd imagine if you stretch her she'd look more like the one in the link you posted? Not yet. Was pretty hung over from st paddys day yesterday then went sowboarding today and smoke something different. Maybe tomorrow! Will report back here after I do though. Smells great.
