led is not the way to go unless you are using 500 watts and up for about 6 plants but the good led lights are a lot more money 90 watts you should just use a flash light
Ahh i heard that a 90w LED was the equivalent to a 400w, though it was wrong :L Edit- Also I'm only going to be able to grow about 2-3 plants

im thinking of trying out one of thiese ufo lights. i grow 1 plant at a time and use a 125w cfl. this ufo light boasts that it has the exact spectrum of light needed by cannabis and it uses a 3rd of the electricity and has built in cooling fans. the reviews also say that this is equilivent to a 200w+ bulb. i have seen a few vids on you tube and their grows seem to go very well. has anyone here whos actually used them go anything to say about them? has anyone used a hps or cfl and changed to a led light and noticed a difference? do they actually use less leccy and do they stay as cool as they say?
