  1. 90's alternative...what can really be said?
    It was fucking sick.

Whats everyones favorite band/song from the 90's era of fuckin sick alternative?

  2. I liked the Smashing Pumkins and Stone Temple Pilots a lot. So many good songs...Tonight Tonight, Plush, Interstate Love Song, 1979, Disarm, Creep, etc etc.

  3. Spin Doctors - Two Princes

    Gin Blossoms - Hey Jealousy

    Counting Crows - Mr. Jones

  4. some of my 90's faves:

alice in chains - no excuses
    fuel - shimmer
    offspring - self esteem
soundgarden - the day i tried to live
    beastie boys - sure shot
    collective soul - shine
    faith no more - epic
    polaris - hey sandy
sheryl crow - leaving las vegas

  5. Electriclarryland from Butthole Surfers is one of my favorite 90's albums. So prime.

  6. Smashing Pumpkins
    Radiohead
    Oasis
    The Verve
    Catherine Wheel
    Portishead
    Blur
    Pulp
    My Bloody Valentine

Are all great alternative bands in my mind.

The 90's was the best decade for music in my opinion.

  7. Once I find the CDs again, I'll post the track list to this mix I made myself/my dad a few years ago...two discs full of 90s alternative, straight up. Dinosaur Jr., Porno For Pyros, Veruca Salt, Ned's Atomic Dustbin, Blind Melon, The Refreshments, The Folk Implosion, Odds...the list goes on, it's awesome.

It's similar to Much Music's "Big Shiny 90s" CD...except for the fact that mines a lot better, haha.
