i have 2 70w hps lights and 6 6500k cfls. i know that the hps is good for flowering but would throwing some of the 6500k cfls benefit my children? i know that the 2700 spectrum is better for flowering but would it hurt to use the 6500? thanks for any input
Yes, Go for it. More light equals more dense buds. Make sure you check your temperature and stager your cfl so you get a even coverage of light. Good luck with flowering.
As long as you are providing enough of the right spectrum, adding more light is only better. Even if a different spectrum -- in fact, full spectrum can be best of all.
