  2. Super cropping is the tits mate. Easiest way to keep your plants in check.
Only problem I've come across doing it is I realised it's dodgy to do the same branch in 2 places. Once the buds form it just falls over. Was a bloody nightmare cos I'd done it to loads of them

Transplanted 6 gal bucket. Had surprising root system on it .
Cut some little clones, set up a 14w cfl over dome in its own little corner ( just tiny bit of blue light, good for rooting?) cut some branches trained more, all tops will be even soon!

  10. Doing well.. took three clones out in jiffy pods and three in bubble cloner is day seven for them. No signs of roots still. Bubble cloner ones appear healthy tho still and no signs of bacteria or anything so that’s good.
The big girl is well.. getting big more training required shortly.

    #9 since cut
Once her roots are stable enough to put in soil. There will be 4? I believe Healthy mature branches that are slightly hidden and will be over grown by others soon. That I want to clone in particular. Excited :)

  15. Nice job man. You can make some money in the spring if you have good genetics and the time and space to start clones for the outdoor guys. $15 each is the going rate for vigorous feminized clones around here

  16. Nice!
They are feminized Purple Kush got the clone from a buddy I also got to smoke their great great grand mother was wicked shit hope I can produce results relatively close to what he did. Because it destroyed me haha

  17. Second set of clones 4 have small white dots forming so that's cool one died because of a bubbler malfunction luckily many available to replace her.
First clone successfully growing in soil :)
And the big girl soon to be bushed out 51A42929-5591-4071-B403-A5903DF3FD48.jpeg 106FF02A-0B8F-463F-ADA1-507E7210A6A4.jpeg CB8445CB-24E4-4613-BFEE-A448AEDAA2CE.jpeg

  18. First ever successful clone is a success and growing like crazy.
Two more clones with good roots planted now as well. I forgot a clone in a failed attempt to clone in jiffy pods many weeks ago. Today I was oh yah gotta trash those. To my surprise one had massive roots on it dried up but still alive an pushin haha.
Big momma getting huge I think I’m essentially done training I’m letting her bush out now for flowering.

Other four clones still have no actual roots some white dots from few days ago but not growing. They’re healthy lush looking so I’ll leave them. 9410560D-9BB1-464F-8219-EBF4F6B38BD4.jpeg

  19. Let bush out again then got all leading tops relatively level with the rest. Maybe there will have to be more training.
Gonna be big girl tho! Lol 0E65F3DF-78BD-4D8B-98D0-D2429BCC65A4.jpeg 62903ECE-D0FA-40DB-9345-DCCB9F737669.jpeg

I had a mentor who turned out to be a cook, and not a chef. He is a hardcore cloner.
I also have numbers restrictions. So while I was discussing my grow area and lighting, it became clear to me that I was looking for a chef. This being said, I believe I had more experience than he did.
Cloning for me just was NOT going to work with the restrictions I have for quantity.
    Things to consider:
    Lighting, area, time, quantity.
My cook is diehard LED, Chinese, cheap, he is using 2000w LED per plant. (So much for savings using LED) he currently has 10k watts for 5 plants. This is just imo INSANE!
This was the point when I used my knowledge and fired the cook.
My current set up is 4’x4’ tent, 1- SE 600 CHPS bulb and fixture from Hortilux for flower. 1- 315w Eye Hortilux CMH bulb and fixture.
Cloning is to much work for a max of 5 plants. I simply go from seed to flower in 4 weeks. I top the girls at the 4th to 6th node,
Then LST and trim when I go to flower.
I have cut my seed to harvest time down to 3 months, my electricity bill is more than half it was when using cheap leds. And now I have a full 5 plants to harvest every three months.
I will revisit cloning when it makes sense.
There are far to many breeders with beans that work faster than cloning imo.
Also worth noting: I rotate my strain annually. Meaning I have all my beans for the year when I start.
This is just my preferred method.
The best methods are the ones that work for you!

    Looking good!
