Discussion in 'Growing Marijuana Outdoors' started by bongsmokedaganj, Aug 28, 2008.

  1. Hello all this is my first grow and so far everything is going great i just wanna ask someone who has already grown How many ounces do you think i will get off of 6 female plants from seeds that i got from a bag of mersh?
    Thankyou in advance

  2. Dude, I am awarding you the very first ever "Grasscity Dumbest Question In The World Award!!!! Don't be mad dude it should be an honor. You're the first award winner!!! Nah dude I'm only kidding. Hope you take jokes OK. That is a pretty average dumb question though. It is virtually impossible to tell you how much your 6 plants will yield. Worst case you get an OZ off all six, Best case you get 16 OZS per plant. So as you can see there is a very large difference in those two theories. You have to know the strain, when you planted, how much sun they get, how good is the soil, how have they been growing, etc, etc, etc, I could list a thousand dufferent variables. Still then it would be pretty hard to estimate. So the answer to your question is: NOBODY WILL BE ABLE TO TELL YOU!! Just keep growing and hope for the best.

  3. one million pounds.

  4. lets say you started germ in april , in ground by june 1. and they are nice healthy plants and they dont get pollinated. and you dont smoke the premature buds. sometime between mid aug to late sept depending on allot of things . when the buds are fully mature ,you cut and cure and manicure the buds proper yeilds of anywhere from 1 to 3 oz on average to 4 to 8 ozs conciderd exceptional per plant. remember you will lose almost 2/3 total weight when fully cured. ps its very important to cure for a min of 2 weeks -4 weeks. but worth the wait.

  5. thanx for the feedback yall even the dumbest question award but i did learn its impossible to tell and i should just keep my mouth shut until there ready.ill definetley be bacl tho when these ladies are done thanx yall
    Peace nukka:wave:

  6. Thanks for not taking it the wrong way dude.. A fellow smoker without a since of humor is just the kind of guy you don't want to get high with!!! There are alot of people on here that have had a whole lot of more stupied questions than that one, believe me!!!! Peace dude!!

  7. oh yea? hillbilly dan you obviously have way to much time on your hands cousin...you guys should get together and toke up...only joking, only joking...haaaaaa i love you brotha!

  8. Six feet?

If they are average six footers, from what I have seen on the boards, you could expect that they should possibly yield 4-6 oz a plant...

    But that is all theoretical...

  9. Are 6 footers out of the ordinary because i have 3 or 4 that are 7 feet? there all tall but not real bushy. And they deffinetely are females i checked

  10. does it have any real buds on it?

  11. yes all of them do like little flowers with long ass white hairs coming out

  12. Just remember...tall isn't better. Bushy is what your'e wanting to go for. Some strains will naturally grow taller and "TRY" to stretch no matter what, bu you must be smarter than the plant Daniel Son. Bushier=more bud sites:wave:

  13. I increase yield by bending the plant over - tie her down. Then all branches try to act like the main cola.

  14. otherwise known as LST

  15. So much info this site kicks ass.

  16. One more thing young grasshopper.... LMFAO.... There is alot of info on here bong, but not all of it is accurate or true. There are 3 things you need to do.. research, research, research. I'll add to the "bushy" comment. Not all cannabis strains grow the same. Some plants you can "top" or "fem" and there are some you can't. Like cantharis said by bending your plant over toward the horizontal as it grows will work great on most any strain. Bending the plant over causes the branches to grow up instead of out like they do when the plant is left vertical. Can you cause or make a plant to be bushy? Yes, but not all by the same growing technic.
