5w x 6l x 9.5h grow room advice

    OK, Here we go , let's start with what I have and let those of you who have been around the block , kinda guide me along,

    1- 1000w Raptor hood veg & flower,1hood total
    1- 1000w mh for veg
    1- 1000w hps for flower
    1- 1000w Lumatek ballast , adjustable from 60%- super?
    1- 8" hydro farm duct booster fan to cool hood
    1- 4" enclosed fan for recirculation through a 6" carbon filter. Scrubber
    1- 6000 btu A/C thermostatically controlled.
    2- CO2 tanks , no regulator...... Yet
    The rest of my equipment is Dwc , with an air pump big enough for 6 - 5 gallon buckets.
    1- mini fridge , converted to a DIY chiller for RDWC.

    Here is my questions, in a sealed room environment, and with the measurements of my room what is the most productive manner to proceed.
    In my head , I'm thinking " veg, 3-4 rooted clones 4-6 weeks starting at 60% and working to 100% on ballast, in a scrog , followed by 2 weeks 12 - 12 with mh then 6-8 weeks hps ( depending on strain) of flower at 12-12.

    What do y'all think?
