He was more than growing, he was dealing and selling to undercovers. But either way. Yeah for just someone with no priors it's a bit harsh. I only wanted to make the point that sometimes it's not just the weed that's the problem...there is a bit of pro pot propaganda that likes to make cases out to be only about someone going to prison for weed but leave out the other finer details of the case.
