I have to ask. In this movie the kid eats 2 macaroons, apparently very strong. Do the people writing the script not have a clue how being high feels? Blurry, swirling world. Haha trips me out man.
I only actually saw about 50% of this movie, so I must have missed that part, but I wouldn't doubt it. Being high is almost always blown way outta proportion in movies to a point where it seems like a trip.
Every time a scene came up with them smoking or something like that it was always super hazy and I'm sitting here like... No.
The writers may have never smoked before but I think that may be irrelevant. I always thought making it seem so trippy is how they appeal to people who don't smoke weed because that's sort of what people expect. It's how they capture the image of being high on weed and present it to the people. If you smoke you know it's false but they aren't exactly yearning for acceptance in that regard.
