I just picked up one of these at the store. I was suprised that I had to show them my I.D., since they said only people 18 + can buy them. That kinda confused me, but oh well, I picked up a 2 ounce bottle. Anyone have drink these? How are they? Any funny stories about them? Anyone smoke weed and drink them?!
Right...but you have to be 18+ to purchase these energy drinks, doesn't that sound kind of weird to you? I also want to know what happens to someone when they drink these things. I'm guessing some off-the-wall stuff.
I have used those before (i work nights) and I find they are great. You dont crash from them in my experience. They dont make me shaky or jumpy neither. You have to be 18 to buy energy drinks now because if consuming more than the recommended intake you can experience side effects like irregular heart beat, intense crashes causing head aches, even migraines and high blood pressure to name a couple.
Not everywhere. I never have in my life. I like them, they actually work and aren't hard on the stomach or palate like the drinks are.

It's good shit... I've only had it once, but I remember not even feeling jittery like I feel after chuggin' a monster. It's like you just aren't tired for a while and then when it's time to be tired, you're tired.
I swear by 5 hour energy! They taste like shit warm and semi like shit cold but they are much better than carbonated drinks like Monster for a few reasons: 1) They are tiny, portable, and quick to drink. 2) They literally work effectively for about 5 hours, give or take how many you've had in the day. 3) You do not crash afterward whatsoever. 4) They only have 4 calories whereas most red bull/monster type drinks have in exes of 250. 5) They keep you energized and peppy but not to the point of jittering or shaking or loosing focus. 6) No known side effects. ^^Granted, this drink is way too good to be true and am waiting for them to take it off the shelves for finding some kind of health problem. Word of advice, it's absolutely amazing for hangovers cause it doesn't make you more sick (from drinking a large can or cus of the carbonation) and keeps you going comfortably.
woa I might have to try this shit If i ever find myself in a posistion to have be able to be awake haha has anyone tried spike? it litterally has a warning label on it and it tastes pretty good but it makes like bounce off the fucking wall if you drink the whole thing and it makes you feel like you got a hangover afterwards though like the hardcore shits and stuff.. so stay away from spike I personally love AMP though..
One thing I've heard about 5 hour energy though is that it works better for some people than for others. It's worked great for me but I've heard of some people not getting a reaction. Has to do with the drink being Vitamin B based. Has anyone here tried Mana Potion?
It's just a bunch of B vitamins, which are also in every other energy drink And you don't have to be 18 to buy them in Illinois
I've tried mana potions. They taste like cough syrup IMO (friend said they don't, idk). I drank two of them in one sitting and definitely felt "energized" for 2 or 3 hours. Horrible crash though like all other energy drinks I've tried.
Well, I took it and stayed up until 3am (6 hours after I drank it). It worked good, and I had no crash. I went to bed and I wasn't even that tired.
