  1. True, but it's more than anyone else has mentioned in the thread.

  2. I'm guilty as charged. :cool:

  3. Its interesting that most people have only posting albums from the last 20 years or so.

  4. That's because they're all like 18 or 19

  5. 1. Beastie Boys: Paul's Boutique
    2. Barenaked Ladies: Gordon
    3. Traveling Wilburies: Volume 1
    4. Grateful Dead: Dicks Picks 26
    5. Flaming Lips: At War with the Mystics

  6. Red Hot Chili Peppers - By The Way

    Switchfoot - The Best Yet

    The Killers - Hot Fuss

    John Mayer - Continuum

    Unearth - The Oncoming Storm

  7. Mainly because most of use aren't older than 20....

  8. The Oncoming Storm is probably the best metalcore album ever made.

  9. ok sounds like fun ha

    Parliament - Mothership Connection

    Curtis Mayfield - Superfly

    Metallica - Master of Puppets

    UGK - Supertight

    Isaac Hayes - Truck Turner OST

    *Bonus - Devin The Dude - Mix made by me, he has so many good albums, but I'd leave a few favorites if I chose an actual album and I love this man's music. Figured I'd stick it as a bonus since it's not a singular or even existing album, just gotta big up the man until people can dig it

    We ain't fuckin' haters, man. We're fuckin' individuals. :p We all got opinions 'n different tastes.

    This shoulda been "Post your 5 favorite albums that you think everybody should listen to at least once before they die" or some bullshit, not you tellin' us all what you like and then not acceptin' what we like.

    Here's my list:
    1. Sublime - Sublime
    [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vGAs-i32t5c"]YouTube - SUBLIME - APRIL 26th 1992[/ame]
    2. Sigur Ros - ( )

    3. The Rolling Stones - Let It Bleed
    [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LJMnES7WoT4"]YouTube - Gimme Shelter - The Rolling Stones[/ame]
    4. Nada Surf - The Weight Is A Gift
    [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L4wxmJudf0I"]YouTube - Nada Surf - Blankest Year[/ame]

  11. this man has it right. although i dont list to metallica so I will disagree with that one.

  12. Pantera - Reinventing The Steel

    Alice In Chains - Dirt

    Black Label Society - 1919 Eternal

    Testament - The Gathering

    Death - The Sound Of Perseverance

  13. Great choice in Pantera. Probably my number one favorite metal band next to Metallica.:)

  14. That logic makes no sense to me. I'm in the same age bracket and my taste in music is most certainly limited to things made in my lifetime. So much amazing music to explore in the distant and not so distant past.

  15. I said MAINLY.

    Yes, there are other influences, but MAINLY because most of us are young.

  16. What album is this?

    I really like the cover art.

  17. There only needs to be one cd listed on here.

    Made close to 20 or so years ago, and still one of the best cds lyrically and musically.
