4x4 Tent grow. 3 Crystal, 1 AK48. Nervana seeds

    Alrighty, ive got 4 plants going right now in my tent. Im getting my T5 4x2 T5 light on friday. Ill be growing them in 5 gal. buckets. Using fox farm ocean forest soil. When i throw them into flower they'll be under a 600w HPS. Im going to veg 20/4. Ill put up pictures tomorrow. They're seedlings right now. :D stay blazin:smoke:

    Ok got my 400w MH light today. Ill take some updated pictures in a bit. Advice?

    Get those babies at least 12 inches from that 400 watt MH and your gonna have some busy beavers....:D

    When do you think they'd be ready to be under the MH? Maybe a week or so?

    I like to believe if you can keep the environment cool and fresh air the more light the better.

    Ok heres what i got for my set up. Eventually i'll transplant them into 5 gal. buckets with gravel at the bottom and drainage holes.

    Is that ballast built inside the hood? Didn't know they did that with 400w.

    Just be sure to keep your babies ventilated now. You have a lot of light on them now so your biggest culprit ill be heat.

    yeah i didnt know they made them either until i went to the store. And ive got two fans on it now. soon will hook up ducting and have a 4inch fan for that.

    Heat, pH, and over watering where the first mistakes I made. Whats you temp? Whats your pH? I got a 4x4 with 5 autos in it and I don't think I can fit more even though I already got 4 more in germination, so definitely stick with those 4 unless you LST. I'm stoned and what I just said probably won't help you too much so you can count this as a bump lol. STAY HIGH
    p.s. the AK48 seems like it may be sensitive to the nutes in FFOF or it could have heat stress or I'm just retarded.

    Yeah they're a little heat stressed. My temps are at about 80-85. But I have a 4inch fan for my light. With ducting. I'm going to the store tomorrow to get a variable speed adjuster for my fan. Then I'll be able to control the heat better.

    shouldn't the fan be full power without the adjuster? or does the speed adjuster make it go faster? :confused:

    Yeah its full speed without it. But its extremely loud.

    Wats up brutha juss came across tha thread and its looking good but I'm using a 4x4 also but Im vegging with cfls n im not sure whether im going with a 400 or a 600 hps ill be waiting for some pics man, good luck
