Not bad I mean you made it through the whole process so that's something. Next time you'll probably need a stronger fan cus your stems look a little weak. What lights are you growing under
not bad, looks a little thin though as mentioned above. I'd suggest more lighting next time...or adding some more lighting now.
I defoliate quite a bit myself...when I say they look thin, part of that is how long those leaf-stems are...sometimes that's strain dependent but for the most part it's usually a sign of low lighting. are your 300watt lights 300 actual watts or 300 equivalent watts? 600w of led panels should be about enough to cover a 3x3' area....roughly.

Just remember, HPS/MH bulbs are really fuckin hot haha make sure to have the proper inline fan setup to be able to move the hot air in and out
