Has anybody ever dealt with 420 Life/710 Life outta Cali? I bought a Big Crusher Rosin Press from them and it was damaged. (I almost believe it didn’t work before they sent it due to the lack of care with their packaging). Their customer service has been non existent. All I have received from them is belligerent verbal abuse and blame for receiving a damaged product. Anyone else have this problem?
If you ordered with a credit card you should call them and open a charge back. That way 710 life has to deal with the big credit card company instead of pushing around a customer

Absolutely ..I am trying to get a reply from them first...even though it’s been a month. I will do a new thread for sure! I definitely want to get the word out I just also don’t want to shoot myself in the foot.
