So I just graduated from university and am looking for full-time employment. My question is how long should I give myself to get clean until taking any tests? I've been a heavy smoker for years now (2-3 grams of high quality daily). I'm a female, 5'1 100lbs with an incredibly fast metabolism. I'm guessing it may take me 30-45 days to get clean. Any other smokers know if this is an accurate assumption?
It is, 30 days is a rule of thumb. No one can tell you for a fact, we could guess and bullshit all day, your body is unique....99%detox drinks are a scam, the only real way is let your organs do there job, no need to drink a bunch of water or any of that, all you are doing is putting extra stress on your liver. Since you asking about the issue of employment, which I'm sure is an important concern in your life, it might be best to err on the side of caution and give yourself as much time as possible in between now and any drug tests you take. Once you're employed, go nuts; but, as SB said, no one can really tell you whether your body will eliminate the cannabinoid metabolites in your body beyond detection of "x" test by "y" days. For someone like the person in your description, it could be as few as 30 days. But you could also be that rare person who takes 60 days, or more! Is it worth the risk?
Actually, my friend and I both had good results with detox drinks. The only thing that sucked was that they were around $25 each. Both were parole drug tests. If you wanna do it without that, just drink lots of water and exercise. Personally at that height/weight I'd say it'd be no more than a month.
How can you be certain that you wouldn't have passed the test without the detox drinks? It's not as if one of you had chosen to abstain from detox drinks, thereby giving you more insight as to whether the drink had any influence on your situation. Maybe you waited long enough. Maybe you didn't smoke enough to have a residual level in your piss that that specific test was looking for. You don't know. You just know that you drank the $25 in an effort to piss clean, and then later on you pissed clean.
No! Water WILL NOT help THC clear out your system, drink water before the test simply to dilute your urine. that's the only way it will help, as for detox drinks I will put my paycheck on it that you can't find any that work for you locally. Do you know how they work? You drink half the night before on an empty stomach, then you drink the other half about an hour before you go in to take it. It just masks the thc temporarily. I smoked about 4 days before I went in and I smoke all day every day. Not saying it works for everyone, just worked for me.
Do you know how they work? I'll save you a snarky comment about THC molecules wearing masks to sneak pass the detection method, but explain how you believe THC is masked.
Believe me, I'm very happy you passed your draconic drug test. But TokinLiz, hopefully you won't necessarily choose to pour money and put faith into a product that makes extraordinary promises yet, when you ask how it works, there is outright refusal to do so.
No worries, I won't be using any other methods besides natural detoxification.. I'm too much of a worrier to not do it the sure-proof way.
Azo's will help you pass a drug test. I passed all my court ordered ones with azo's. Take 2 a day for 3 days. If you have the time take them 4 days in a row. After your 3rd or 4th day of taking them, don't take any the next day. Then after that day take 2 more. All while drinking a good amount of water. You'll be clean until you smoke again.
