420 Saved my Life

Discussion in 'Introduce Yourself' started by smoothmove, Jan 16, 2010.

  1. I was "misdiagnosed" with cancer about 2 years ago. I was 205 lbs, 5'6", 38" waist, shoulder and knee problems facing a cancer death sentence. Outstanding!! Well, might as well get stoned like they do in Cali.

I am a sucessful, college educated. $100,000+ job, never did any drugs whatsoever, didn't smoke or drink. I never considered anything like this until I was sick.

I started smoking and after 30 days I started to feel better. The pain in my shoulder and knee was gone. I went back to my oncologist and he said that my tests were showing clear. 420 had NOTHING to do with it whatsoever. PERIOD. It was a misdiagnosis.

But, what it did was give me the ability to work thru my depression and refocus on my life. 420 took away the pain I had that was holding me back from an active life. When I started living again, my depression was gone.

Today I am 175 lbs, 31" waist, go to the gym 6-7 days a week I am in the best shape of my life and now face it differently. I STILL SMOKE. It is now part of my life.

Before I smoked, I had pain, no energy, never any appitite. I didn't care about the world or anyone in it.

For the first time in my life, I feel alive.

I was wrong in the past to judge 420 as another evil drug. For me, it is not the Devil, but an Angel...
