Ok so this is my first ever grow. Ambitious project for a first grow I know, but I always go overboard... Here are the basics: 400W MH/HPS DR100L tent Water: 3 stage RO filter 6" Can Fan HO 440CFM Can 66 Filter Bubble Buckets made possible by RumpleForeskin Strain is Nirvana Master Kush I'm also working on completing a clone machine and box to keep the clones and mothers. Annnnd some pics:
Ha! I get to be the first to subscribe. Setup looks awesome man, and the strain is one I've been considering trying on my next grow. Best of luck to you, definately pulling up a chair!
Here are the latest pics. The one plant in the other bucket didn't seem to make it. The grow stopped when it was only an inch tall, it's still in there but not growing.
How are the roots on it? That one looks really nice. Very Good setup very clean well done. I can't wait to see this grow, I like the screen (wood screws were a good idea) how high can you raise it? Just pop in extension pipe or what? You will love the cloner! Cloner Cloner Roots
roots look great! I just measured the screen to be 10" above the top of the bucket and set it there. I plan to keep it at 10 inches, but if I do need to raise or lower it I'll just just more pvc haha. Not the best solution but again I don't really plan on changing the height. here are a few pics I took today.
Bring on the updates!! So the main tent is now running the HPS bulb on 12/12. My clones rooted in only a few days, based on what rumple said about his Master Kush grow I was expecting MUCH slower results.
Sweet dude, the thing is amazing. Only one clone hasn't rooted and I think it's because it's literally just a leaf cut from a branch not a stalk like the rest of the clones. I did that just for the hell of it to see if it would root.
I did the same test. I got 5 shade leaves to make beautiful roots, they just wouldn't grow up top (granted they were pretty much trash i put in an extra clone slot to see) Grow is looking good, staying tuned.
She's starting to bud! Also... I suck at soil. 3 of my 3 clones curled up. I thought the soil was moist enough when I transplanted them and the next day they looked like the pic. I'm hoping they will recover.
Updates! She is kicking ass! Clones are doing ok, caring for soil plants is clearly where I lack. I mixed up some 300PPM water to water the soil girls with every other week or so. I've only given it to them once and they had growth spurts right after so it worked out great.
The main grown tent is hydro and my moms are going to stay in soil to take clones from, clones will be moved to the tent to grow in the hydro setup.
