so im about to start my 2nd grow in my barn and im thinking about getting this 400w lumatek kit. what i cant figure out is what the hell type of ballast is this? says its not magnetic that its an e-ballast? ive never even heard of an e-ballast. is it the same as digital? or should i just get a straight digital...for 200 bucks it seems like a pretty good deal. just wanting some opinions before i shell out the cash.
