Topic speaks for itself which should I use and why? i've use the 400MH before and i didnt think i liked it as much, but i might give it another try just in the veg stage. Before i did so i wanted the opinion of other people who might have used both?
Hi, I'd go for the MH during vegging and the HPS for flowering. I dont use them, but have follwed journals of those that do. The MH should give you more of a blue spectrum and the HPS more of a red spectrum. You can also get lamps that have the full spectrum and can be used througout the whole grow......... ok thanks i guess im just going to use the 400mh and see if it makes a diff. When in doubt put it to the test?
