400 watt mh/hps DWC white widow

    Hey guys new to the forum, recently I bought a 400 watt mh/hps light and fixed up a quick cabinet... I have my white widow germinated and I has sprouted under some flouresents and a humidity dome. This is my first serious grow also should be mentioned. First off I would like some input on when to put it under the mh bulb? Todays its first day also I'm looking to do just a single plant do to space so I would lik to know the best training method for the size cabinet I have its about 5 feet tall about 3 feet wide and I have about 4 feet depth? Am excited to have everyones in put and I will have pics posted tomorrow when hopefully she will be a bit bigger... and she is a she feminized seeds:)

    alright no post as of yet but today my seedling has sprouted roots through the rockwool cubes so i have put it in to my DWC bucket 5 gallons and put it under my 400. i have turned my light down to 250 watts for the first week or so and have mixed a 200 ppm nutrient solutions. please help me with some input on what i could be doing different.

    How's you grow going? I'm doing a similar grow you should check it out if you get a chance. I think if you search white widow max you should find it.
